This is G-SHOCK's limited model G-SHOCK 40th Anniversary RECRYSTALLIZED series, which has pursued toughness since its birth in 1983 and is celebrating its 40th anniversary. The first G-SHOCK model, the DW-5000, went on sale in April 1983. The bezel, band, and screw back cover are recrystallized and deep hardened, and the bezel and band are coated with gold IP coating, and the back cover is coated with DLC to create a bold design.
