Apply a sufficient amount. Using a coarse-toothed comb, apply evenly from root to tip of hair. Leave it for 5 minutes. Wash thoroughly. To allow the treatment to penetrate deep into the hair, cover the hair with a plastic cap and apply moderate heat for up to 30 minutes. Wash thoroughly. If you use a hair steamer, do not cover your hair. Moist heat adds moisture to the mask.
