To prevent adverse skin reactions, leave the patch on for up to 8 hours, then remove the patch, fold it in half, and discard it. Apply a new patch the next day and repeat. Other ingredients included: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 90 mg, iron (from certified organic curry [murraya koenigii] extract) 50 mg.
